Why doesn't Unity want to see the Android SDK?

I specify the path to the sdk folder (C:\Users\GurievNO\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk).
Downloaded and installed Android Studio. Installed Android platforms from 6.0 to 10.0.

In SDK Tools:

@kvestor

In general, I installed all versions of the SDK, and it only worked when I installed the Android SDK Tools (Obsolete) version.
(previously unchecked "Hide obsolete packages" in Android Studio -> SDK Tools)
