Why doesn't Transmission (ubuntu 14.04) start downloading files?

Tried to add many torrent files. Transmission does not find peers, the trackers tab in the figure.

The provider does not have a retracker
bitsnoop.com where you can collect a list of working trackers and add them to the client, this in most cases makes it better to have
