I want to note that I have the same thing. With Toaster, Habr and others. Chrome 45.0.2454.85 m. Ctrl-F5 tried, tried incognito without extensions. There are no problems with firefox.

there is also a problem with styles on habré, a toaster in opera 12, they are normally shown in chrome
