Why doesn't the Yandex.Browser extension receive FCM messages?

There is an extension that works equally well in the Yandex browser and in chrome.
It was necessary to add the functionality of receiving firebase messages to the extension.
The project has been created, the settings have been made, in browsers the extension has been added to the permissions for receiving alerts.
In Chrome, everything works like clockwork, in the Yandex browser - no.
In the Yandex browser, firebase is initialized, the token is successfully received, but when I try to send a message to this token, it does not get into the message handler. It gets in chrome.
Perhaps someone has already encountered this, what can it be? Experiments and Google didn't really help.
