Why doesn't the wildcard certificate work for subdomains of the 4th level?

there is a wildcard certificate for *.domain.com
Works fine for a third level subdomain
https://streaming.iunlimited.net/member-login/
Does not work for a level 4 subdomain
https://www.streaming.iunlimited.net/member-login /
