Why doesn't the switch - media converter link work?

Greetings!
Help me understand the question why when linking a media converter - a switch - data is not transmitted.
There is a bundle:
host (computer) <-by copper-> gigalink GL-MC-UTPF SC1F-18SM-1310 media converter <-by optics-> Mikrotik crs309 switch, sfp module Mikrotik S-53LC20D.

At the first setting there was no link at all, in the port settings I turned off auto-detection of speed.

I tested the connection with the switch - the switch and the media converter - the media converter, it works. He did so to exclude equipment malfunction.

Mikrotik does not work with 100 Mbit sfp modules. From the word in general.
Info from the microta forum. You need both gigabit modules.

Gigalink GL-MC-UTPF SC1F-18SM-1310 - 100 megabit (Optical port operation mode, Mbps - 100).
Mikrotik S-53LC20D - gigabit (Data Rate - 1.25G).
They won't get along. Never.

Well, despite the fact that usually Mikrotiks are omnivores, the first thing that comes to mind is the inconsistency of the modules. Maybe they don't hold each other.
Or maybe you stuck the wrong one, if you have 1310/1550 in the converter, then it should be 1550/1310 on the microtic, check which color it is.
Plus, cut the speed on Mikrotik sfp, there is gigabit most likely, but on gigalink 100Mbps, auto-detection of speed does not work for them, you must explicitly set it.
