Why doesn't the "Play" button in a notification sent via WidgetSuggest do anything?

We send a recommendation to a friend in Odnoklassniki via WidgetSuggest to play our game. The notification arrives and is displayed in Odnoklassniki mobile clients on iOS and Android (see screenshot). However, after clicking on the "play" button, nothing happens. The notification just disappears.
The application settings contain links to the game in mobile stores. As far as I understand it is supposed to open the game download page.

Write to [email protected] with at least the application id. Perhaps something with platform filters, or your application is not available on the platform
