Why doesn't the page switcher of page 9-18-27 on the site work?

Greetings. I have a question: there is a wordpress theme template for an online store there is my demo site with the theme installed . Why, unlike the original demo, does the page switcher for 9-18-27 products not work on my site, i.е. For some reason, there are 10 products on the page every time... + the up/down sort button doesn't work either.

It seems to me that the 'per_page' redefinition in the array should be used somewhere:
