Why doesn't the oRating rating module work on dle 10.3?

Actually the problem: the oRating rating module does not work on dle 10.3, and only the comment rating does not work and only if the user is logged in. That is, if you click on the plus - and nothing happens, only a loading circle appears near the cursor, and that's it. And if it doesn't log in, it works.
Please tell me what could be the problem. Thanks in advance!

He provides technical support to all buyers of the module.
If the module is downloaded from the left site, deal with it yourself, well, be prepared for the site to be hacked. usually "kind people" who distribute paid modules stick all sorts of nasty things in there.
