Why doesn't the npm start command work?

Maybe someone knows what's the problem here ... the "npm start" command does not work.
npm/node/tsc versions are the latest!

npm installdid? if yes then do itnpm install concurrently --save-dev

Are you sure there is such a command in package.json? Are you sure you're running it in the correct directory?
