Why doesn't the mobile client in Android connect to MS Exchange?

I'll try to describe the point.
We needed a test Microsoft Exchange Server, for this purpose we successfully downloaded Exchange Server 2010 SP1 VHD from the official website of the company. All this was deployed on hyper-v and put under the table.
We tied the test domain (MX records and others didn’t change, since you only need to connect to the server and not send / receive) to the office’s static IP, installed Virtual Server on the router (TL-ER6020) and configured port 443 remapping to a server with a virtual machine. In the browser (including the mobile one) everything works as it should, but nothing works on the mobile phone via the mail app (that's what they did all this for).

1. Where does this address come from in the log?
Why with a typo and what is this hostname?
2. It connects to your socket. SSL session is not established. Check the hostname and maybe still put a certificate on the domain? Accept any and complete absence - is there a difference?
