Why doesn't the live!server extension in VS CODE refresh the page?

When running the live server plugin in VS CODE - the page opens, but when changes are made - the page does not auto-refresh.
But if you go to the browser and refresh, the changes are visible.
AutoSave parameters - tried all possible options, does not help .....
Help, please, I have been looking for an answer to this question for two days.
I did not find it in the open spaces ......
