Why doesn't the jquery.jcarousel.js slider work in Firefox and IE browsers?

There is a site. On the www.plus-soft.ru/1 page, the slider does not work, the content is displayed in blocks under each other, and it does not work only in Mozilla and IE (it works in Opera and Chrome). I have no idea why and how to fix it. Tell me what's wrong and how to fix it.

PS When you look at this slider in Mozilla - it doesn't work, you click on the "Home" menu item - the slider starts working, you click refresh the page - and again - it doesn't work... Mysticism?
