Why doesn't the image appear?

I welcome everyone. We have H61FEL motherboard and i5 stone. Everything was fine before, but as it happens, one fine day everything went wrong: I start the PC, the turntables start spinning, everything seems to be fine, but there is no image on the monitor. The monitor is definitely working (I tried to change it), the cables are working (I also changed it). In general, there is no reaction on the monitor: both the hard reclined, and even launched it without memory. The image appears every 2-3 hours (with God's help) and that's it, after the reboot, the "eclipse" begins again. Bios also threw off: and a jumper on clr_cmos, and took out the battery, and changed the battery. Where would you suggest to dig?
Ps The power supply also slipped another, to no avail

@Goruzan

Need to know if it's an integrated graphics card or a discrete one? Already from this and repel. If discrete, then check it already, try connecting the monitor to an integrated one, for example. Because if the image does not appear at all, then there is either a video card or a motherboard (in rare cases).
