Why doesn't the first notification come from telegram?

Hello. Tell me what could be the problem. I have Ubuntu. In the notification settings in the desktop telegram, I set "use native notification" - I want notifications to come "in the style" of the system. Delivered Panel ODS.

The problem is displaying notification information. The first notification always comes like this - "Telegram (1) is ready". And only after that, starting from the second notification, they begin to arrive correctly - with a signature, who sent it and the text of the message itself. One has only to "expand" telegrams and collapse again, as the problem repeats. Again, the first notification - telegram (1) from redi, and then everything is ok.

The problem is not critical, but it is very annoying when it repeats 100 times a day.

Problem solved. It turned out that it was necessary to uncheck the cart notification settings - Draw attention to the window.
