Why doesn't the emulator want to switch to portrait mode?

Hello. I have the default emulator installed (along with Android Studio). However, Ctrl+F11 doesn't want me to have the orientation. Those. the emulator itself turns over, but the OS does not react to it in any way and remains in portrait mode.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong? PS In the settings, the screen is set to auto-rotate.
