Why doesn't the cookieParser middleware work in express?

Recently moved to this platform. I'm trying to do app.use(express.cookieParser()) as in the video, but I get an error saying that such middleware was not found, the same thing happens with app.use(express.bodyParser()). I have node 4.2.6
