Why doesn't the C# program run from the compilation folder?

Hello.
I am using VS2015 Community.
I developed an application on one machine, after which I transferred the project to another (apparently crooked).
The program compiles without errors, but when I try to run it, it crashes with an error. If you run it from the studio (in debug), then the "system badimageformateexception" exception takes off.
If the program is taken out to any other folder, it starts without problems. Can you tell me what's wrong and how to fix it? Thank you.
