Why doesn't the bundle command work?

Ruby on Rails

Installed railsinstaller on windows ( railsinstaller.org/ru-RU).
It seems like there is bundler in the list of gems, but cmd does not find the "bundler -v" command (it also does not find the bundle command).

Check that there is a directory in the system PATH where the executable file itself fell.
In the console, just type in "PATH" and look at the paths.

Install Ubuntu or any other distribution that you like on a virtual machine, and you will immediately have a lot of problems with RoR deployment.
