Why doesn't the arduino key duplicator read the 125KHz working label (tablet) from the intercom?

I decided to create a duplicator of keys from the intercom at a frequency of 125KHz on arduino, I bought a module for arduino RFID-RC522. But it turned out that the working tablet from the intercom (the intercom opens without problems) is not readable, just no reaction. Although the tablet and the card that was with the module RFID-RC522 is read by the module and can be written to without problems.
I need to read the key from the tablet from the intercom and write it down on an empty disc.
Intercom company "roger", checked in Google, it also works at a frequency of 125KHz, but for some reason the arduino does not see the key to it.
Has anyone encountered this problem, or does anyone have any ideas how to solve it?

@n12eq3

for special people, on the pages where these crafts are sold, a frequency of 13 MHz is signed, which corresponds to "HF" marks. Or maybe the stars just didn't align.

I checked the documentation, and it is:
And Roger does work with EM Marin keys, aka EM4102.
