Why doesn't targeting a block work correctly?

On the site in the products section, when you hover over the product packaging, it should increase and rise, but the hover works somewhere below and not throughout the entire package. What could be the problem? Why doesn't hover work on all packages?

Because the invisible div inner-contentcovers the entire area.
Open the inspector in the same chrome and move the cursor over the nodes.
