Why doesn't systemd see the result of dhclient ?

Installed systemd on Ubuntu server 14.10
Sometimes it can't start the network.

The logs show that dhclient is successfully getting an IP, but for some reason systemd does not understand this.
How to fix? I don't want to rollback to upstart

In theory, after DHCPACK in the log there should be a record of success:
And you don't have it, so maybe dhclient still doesn't finish its job.
