Why doesn't svg open correctly in illustrator?
Hello. I really need your help - I need to create a set of icons from old samples by exporting them from Photoshop to svg, resaving the file (after refinement or verification) through illustrator. The problem is this: I open the newly created svg file in illustrator, move literally one point, or do nothing and just resave. I open it again - the file is complete hell - the figures are either distorted (the forms are not at all the same or even go beyond the boundaries), some of them are missing at all, some are not displayed, although there is a corresponding layer.
If you start to fix everything, resave - there are again 2 ways of development - it will open again beaten, or when you open it, the illustrator will throw you out with an unexpected shutdown in the program.
What could be wrong???
in Photoshop, the layers are only vector shapes, the shapes are merged (merged into one shape). without masks and styles.
licensed programs, 2017. settings like other guys that sit quietly draw and do not worry. HELP I'm already hysterical)

I don't quite understand what the problem is. I opened svg, looked, moved it, closed it with saving, opened it again - everything is the same and no problems. Something with your software or, excuse me, with your hands))
As an option, you can check in AI the settings for binding objects to the grid, export settings, and also try different options for exporting / saving svg. Describe step by step the steps for exporting svg, opening it in AI and resaving svg after (where you click, through which menu items, plugins, scripts, etc.). Maybe somewhere in the process an error, I'll try again.
PS From myself I will say that redrawing icons in Flash (as you did, I looked at both psd files) is a perversion. In Illustrator, this is much easier and faster to do. Get used to working with icons right in the vector editor.
