Why doesn't solving recaptcha in Python work?

Tell me plz. Something has changed on the form www.reg.ru/whois/admin_contact and now, when I send the result of the captcha solution in the g-recaptcha-response field, the captcha is not solved and the send email button is not active. How to send captcha solution correctly?
