Why doesn't slick-carouse work in Gulp?

Good evening!
I have a Gulp build and no matter how I connect the slick-carousel, masonry and animate.css plugins they don't work!
I have the Wappalayzer extension in my browser, through it you can see that the plugins are connected but do not work, although jQuery works.
How to solve this problem?

What does "do not work" mean? What mistake?

Without the gulpfile.js code, you can play "guessing" for a long time. It's possible that I mistyped the path somehow.
