Why doesn't semantic-ui work?

Semantic-UI not working.
Connected everything correctly. Styles work, scripts don't. This is what the console says when trying to call the accordion library script: "Uncaught TypeError: $(...).accordion is not a function".
Has anyone come across? What could be the problem?

And where did you connect the scripts in the head or before the closing body? by the way it didn’t work for me either due to the fact that I connected it to head!
