Why doesn't Quick Boot Android Emulator work?

When creating a new emulator (with any version of android and any bit depth (X86, X86_64)) and on a cold start, the emulator works properly and quickly. However, if you restart the computer and just perform a quick start, the emulator freezes tightly and you have to perform a cold start again. Can anyone explain why this is happening?

  • Processor Amd Ryzen 5 3550H
  • RAM 8 GB
  • Video card (Did not particularly affect performance changes) Radeon RX 560X 4GB

Already turned on and off Hyper-V, Windows Hipervisor Service and more. The most interesting thing is that the same Genymotion works quite normally (but it does not seem to have a quick launch). Also, some errors constantly pop up (Google but did not find the answer). By the way, the error that got out when the Emulator was quickly launched on Android 10
