Why doesn't QtCreator start on Windows?
Windows 7 SP1, x64
Installed Qt 5.5.1 MinGW, I run QtCreator, it hangs in processes (100% load) and does not open.
I installed Qt 5.9.3 MSVC15, I run QtCreator, it hangs in processes (100% load) and does not open.
OK. I installed Qt 5.10 MSVC15 in a virtual machine (Windows 10), launched it, created a simple project, launched it - it works. I transfer the project with all the QtCore, QtWidget, platforms... libraries to my working machine and again the same thing - the project hangs in processes with 100% load and does not start. What's wrong?

It is necessary to install a patch for windows in order for msvc2015 to work correctly. I won’t say more now, but google should help
