Why doesn't qt everywhere compile?

Good day!
Qt everywhere 5.10 does not compile on ubuntu 16.04 x32 with the following output:

Spascal ./configure with different parameters and without both from the root folder and from the qtbase folder, there is no difference. I compile in a virtual machine
What could be the problem?
I can post more if needed.

Have you tried it in a folder with a path without Cyrillic?
