Why doesn't Py Charm terminal see pip and python?

Installed Python 3.8, also installed pip. In the windows 10 command line, they are detected without problems by the commands "python --version/pip --version", but in the Py Charm terminal, the message pops up python/pip is not an internal or external command, operable program, or batch file.
