Why doesn't pull from bitbucket work?

Hi all.
Is pull from bitbucket not working for me alone? If so, what could be the reasons? Internet is ok. I thought maybe some bitbucket ip got blocked by Roskomnadzor, but no, it doesn’t work through vpn either.

Bitbucket shakes again in Russia.
LibreSSL SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to bitbucket.org:443
Through vpn everything is ok.
