Why doesn't Prtsc work on linux solus?

I use solus budgie, at first Prtsc and alt + Prtsc stopped working, then alt + Prtsc worked, but I still decided to reset the key combinations for the sake of interest. Now nothing works again, what's the problem?

Go to the settings of the shortcuts and write down the desired action with the handles,
perhaps some program has reassigned or two actions are hanging on one button,
so none is performed.
