Why doesn't placeholder appear in telegram bot's inline mode?

Hello!
The bot name specified at creation looks something like SOME_Name_Bot . When you write the name like this, the placeholder appears, but if you write the name in lower case some_name_bot , then it doesn't.
Where does this case sensitivity come from? After all, when creating a bot, the case in the name is not taken into account.
