Why doesn't phpstorm see Yii2 classes?

Good afternoon. The situation is funny, but no less depressing. I installed storm on the new machine and deployed the project to yii2, but I got the highlighting of all classes as an Undefind class. I cloned two projects from github. On a clean BASIC assembly, everything seems to be ok.
