Why doesn't Photoshop export layers to files?

Hello! Tell me what's the problem. I'm trying to export layers to files in PS CC 2017. I choose File -> export -> layers to files. I choose the desired format, folder, click next and get a tightly hung photoshop. It blinks happily, as if I'm clicking on various input fields and windows, but it doesn't do anything.
Help please =(

The first thing that comes to mind is a crooked system, Fsh curve or lack of resources.
Check the characteristics of the system, it may not be enough to work with such RAM files, for example. If a pirated assembly of the system or Fsh, then there is nothing to be surprised at all - try to reinstall (first Fsh, and then according to the circumstances).

The process, in theory, hangs the system on its own and looks like you described - it starts to sausage, it starts opening new documents one by one, etc.
Try splitting the file into small portions if there are many layers, or clean it from garbage and what does not need to be exported (text layers for example)
