Tell me, please, what am I doing wrong: I installed parallax in the banner, it is displayed perfectly everywhere, and it is in the Firefox browser that the content abruptly jumps down and it seems to “get stuck” there.

In my opinion, the behavior of Firefox is quite acceptable, although the situation is ambiguous and of course it is worth looking at the specifications. You specify topfor .banner__contentwhich is inside .container-fluid. The difference in approaches is that Firefox considers the indent from the parent element, and Chrome - from the element for which position: relative.
If you apply topon .banner__content- starts to work everywhere.
