Why doesn't owl carousel work?

Good day. The problem is that owl-carousel is not displayed. Did everything exactly according to the instructions. I don't know what's the problem. Here is the source posted on the server . In the code view, when I remove the css parameter display: none; the div.owl-carousel element has test text but it has a scrollbar. Tell me what I'm doing wrong :( Already tired of figuring it out and came here.

In general, it works for you, but the classes have display: none; so it is not visible. Remove all unnecessary classes.
And run with parameters like in documentation www.owlgraphic.com/owlcarousel/demos/custom.html

Possible options:
1. Include carousel script in header
2. Check jquery version
3. Check if all styles/call script/libraries are included
