Why doesn't overflow: hidden work in Safari?

Actually I encountered such a problem, in all browsers, everything works fine, but in safari it doesn’t want to and it turns out to be a whirlwind, are there any solutions?
And the second question, is there any thing that emulates the safari browser, which would be more convenient to test?
PS I do not own macos

How do you check what doesn't work in Safari if you haven't tested it?
After all, you write that you do not have OS X and Safari, respectively.
And the second question, is there any thing that emulates the safari browser, which would be more convenient to test?

Everything works in safari.
well, if you tested, then I hope your "About safari" looks like this:

@L0k1

if you want to check for cross-browser compatibility, then either have a real device or a virtual machine,
no emulators behave like a real browser in a real environment
