Why doesn't openServer start on php-7.4?

Hello. Tell me how to be.
Adding php-7.4 to openServer. I follow the instructions that I found on the forum https://ospanel.io/:
.................................
How and any other version of PHP, to install PHP 7.4, do the following:
1. Download the distribution: https://windows.php.net/downloads/qa/ph ... 16-x86.zip
2. Create a new PHP-7.4 directory in the PHP modules subdirectory: .\modules\php
3. Extract the contents of the downloaded distribution to the created directory
4. Copy the cacert.pem, composer.bat and composer.phar files, as well as the entire PEAR directory from the .\modules\php\PHP subdirectory -7.3 to ./modules/php/PHP-7.4 subdirectory
5. Make a copy of the .\userdata\config\PHP-7.3_php.ini file and rename the copy to .\userdata\config\PHP-7.4_php.ini
6. Open the .\userdata\config\PHP-7.4_php file in Notepad. ini and disable/comment out extensions that are missing in version 7.4.
7. In the OSPanel settings window, on the Modules tab, select PHP-7.4.
8. Save the settings and start the server.
9. Check the PHP version by following the link: 127.0.0.1/openserver/phpinfo.php
............................... .......

The server does not start
Tell me what could be the problem, and how can I achieve what I want?
Many thanks in advance

@pavelpol

Try using Nginx instead of Apache. For apache, some additional dances with a tambourine are needed, as evidenced by the fact that openserver has separate versions of apache for different versions of php.
