Why doesn't OAuth (OmniAuth) authorization work on ok.ru?

I'm using the omniauth-odnoklassniki module Authorization
data is 100% correct, but for some reason an error is returned:
OmniAuth::Strategies::OAuth2::CallbackError
invalid_response
What could be wrong?

Problem solved, public_key was not passed.
