Why doesn't ng build -w see changes in .ts files?

I work on 2 different PCs, on one ng build -w works fine on the other, it sees changes once or not at all, in html files it sees everything works fine. When a change occurs in the .ts file, a rebuild occurs, but the changes do not take effect as if nothing has changed. Thank you!
