Why doesn't my google play app have an update button?

Previously, I always downloaded updated versions of the application through the APK files section.
Now this is done through the App releases page.
Uploaded the apk file of the working version.
It's been two days already.
On the page of my application in the play market, the number of the fresh updated version is displayed.
And on my devices there is an old version of the application.
But the Refresh button in the play market is not. Buttons only: Delete and Open.
Why? What am I doing wrong?

The simplest option is that the new update is incompatible with your devices.

why even roll the application around the play store, and then demand from him that he understands that this is already an outdated application.

Google has drastically changed the way it manages APK files.
It was unusual for me too.
It's hard to tell what's wrong without having access to the panel.
The question is, did you do the update? It's just now after downloading the apk that the project is first saved. Publishing is only in the next step
