Why doesn't modx revo recycle bin see deleted resources?

Good afternoon
Version 2.7.1 but I think the problems started with version 272
The trash worked but at some point users wrote that they could not delete the crossed out resources. I looked under their account the basket is empty. I logged in as an administrator, but the basket is still empty, although there are crossed out resources, i.e. they should be in the basket (see screenshot) There are no errors in the log.
Updated manually installed version PHP 7.2 Checked the access policies, although they did not change, the administrator has full access.
I tried to select the Web context in the filter, but it does not help.
I look at the logs there are errors. Googling came to the conclusion that they are not related to the problem

ERROR in modMenu::getSubMenus @ /core/model/modx/modmenu.class.php : 145) modAction support is deprecated since version 2.3.0. Support for modAction has been replaced with routing based on a namespace and action name. Please update the extra with the namespace core to the routing based system.
ERROR in xPDO::getService @ /core/xpdo/xpdo.class.php : 1234) modRestClient::__construct is deprecated since version 2.3.0. Use the modRest classes instead.
ERROR in modRestCurlClient::__construct @ /core/model/modx/rest/modrestcurlclient.class.php : 26) modRestClient::__construct is deprecated since version 2.3.0. Use the modRest classes instead.

I do not know what to do. Help what can be?
