Why doesn't @media work in browsers?

There is a local site, when it is opened, the rules do not work @media, although the remote site has the same copy of the site, but the rules @mediawork on it as it should, what could be the error?

The issue is resolved, it turned out that a typo was made in the css file, such a code was written,

.admin_call_back.input-prepend.date{
.admin_call_back.input-prepend.date {
  margin: 0;
}
