Why doesn't MDaemon and Outlook sync over Imap?

Good afternoon!
Tell me, who can come across. Bundle Mdaemon (17.0) + Outlook (2013,2016). Some users have a problem in syncing mail via imap. The message is on the server, when you click "send to receive" nothing happens in Outlook, but if you move between folders, then synchronization starts. The IMAP session is still active. Tried disabling all rules, changing message loading time, nothing helps. Does anyone have any thoughts or experience on this?
