Why doesn't localhost work on Mac OS X?

Hello.
I messed up something with my crooked handles, either in the MAMP settings, or somewhere else, and now localhost does not open. When you click on the "Open WebStart" button in Mump, it redirects to localhost/MAMP/?language=ru and Safari writes that the server cannot be found.
At localhost:8888 ghjbc[jlbn the same. Mump's settings are standard. The hosts file is clean, there is no adobe slag there.
I've searched all over the internet and can't seem to find a solution.
All the work got up because I can’t put the project in Coda on local hosting :( I
use the latest Mac axis with all updates, Safari and the latest MAMP.

This is the problem that it is clean
127.0.0.1 localhost
:: 1 localhost
at least it should be there

I was told here that it could be because of the firewall.
Go to settings-protection and security-tab-brandwall and turn it off if it is enabled. If it works, then the matter is in some of its options.

What exactly to look for? It seems like everything is fine with me.

No, it's something it naturally has everything. I meant that it is standard, without excess slag.
