Why doesn't laravel see the laravel-roles package?

Hi all. A rather strange behavior was found - I installed the jeremykenedy / laravel-users package - everything works, it is determined. I installed jeremykenedy/laravel-roles from there and Laravel doesn't want to see it point-blank, and did everything strictly according to the instructions and there were no problems with this package before. Routes and views just give a 404 error and no response. Who-nmbud faced - what to do?
