Why doesn't keepass want to save updated data?

The program is in program files. When I make any changes, when I click save, I get a message
5cf00f2463c90423175199.png.
You have to save to another directory and then replace the database.

On Windows 10, writing to the program files directory requires administrator rights. So either save the database to a different directory or run the application as an administrator.
