Why doesn't js and css work after installing magento?

Hello, I installed Magento CE 2.2.3.
The installation was successful, but styles, pictures, etc. are not loaded.
What I tried:
1) Removed files from /pub/static
2) Run php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy (files appeared, but did not solve the problem)
3) php bin/magento cache:clean
My site: wildthread.co
I tried to install 2 times on a live server and on a local one. Every time it's a problem. After installation, I did nothing but the points above

Check the presence of .htaccess in the pub/static folder and also that the mod_rewrite module is enabled if apache is used. If nginx then the config for it lies in the magento root
