Why doesn't Javascript work in instantcms?

There is an instantcms 1.10.6 engine, the code was cleaned from comments and other unnecessary garbage. After removing each unnecessary component, the engine was tested, but apparently something went wrong :) Who was involved in this engine, please tell me where to dig? Not a single script, status, forum, photo upload, etc. work.

Put the trash back in its place. In general, one can only guess what you messed up with your "cleansing".
